Jul 09, 2017 · Re: Port size reduction, and Efficiency 825 & 828 thanks GM With my 828s I ended up with an 8" concrete tube cut at a 6" length. it seemed to work out ok when I was using an 846b Xover. it had a very strong 35-40 HZ. but then I now run a triamp setup with the Xover point at 85 Hz, so the 828 isn't playing below that.
